Domestic Shipping:

We offer a complimentary Standard Domestic and International Delivery service from Switzerland 

 

The estimated delivery time for domestic is 1-3 business days from Monday to Saturday and excluding bank holidays.

​

When the order is dispatched you will receive an email to track your item. Your order is important to us and we make every best effort to expedite your order as soon as possible the postal address you have given in your order. However, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date and your goods may take longer to be dispatched if the products you purchase are not in stock at the time of placing your order or they are to be dispatched to an address outside of the Switzerland

Self-Pick Up:

 

For Singapore or UK self collections can be arrange with our stockist. You can contact them directly or through us and we will make sure they reserve the items for you and arrange a collection and the payment.

 

Whilst in Switzerland, you may reserve your item via online (Chat) or Instagram, collections can be done from Alpa Concept Store in Rapperswil. It may take approximately 1 to 2 working days for the collection in Rapperswil

Once you receive your notification email for picking up your order. Your order confirmation and ID will be needed and the address

​

Below are estimated international shipping times:

Europe: 3 to 8 business days 

America: 10 to 20 business day

Asia: 8 to 12 business days

Kindly note the parcel may delay subject to customs process. Glory and Po do not hold responsible for importing items and tax into a country or any additional shipping charges for incomplete / incorrect address. Redelivery charges will be bourne by the receiver.

Return & Exchange Policy
Return & Exchange Policy

You may return or exchange within 7 working days. For any items purchased on sales are strictly non exchangeable or refundable.

​

To exchange or return your items, please notify us via email to: gloryandpo@gmail.com with purchase invoice details and tell us why you are returning or which other item you wish to exchange it for, if stock is available.

​

Please return the item in its original packaging unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached and in its original package. You will need to pay for postage costs. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

​

It is advisable to register your mail. You may send the parcel to the address we will provide in the email.

​

Refunds should be processed within 1 week.

​

Please note that if you purchase our products in store then the Return policy of each individual store may apply.
